Help im 12 about to be 13 and..............?

okay i need to lose some weight and i need some help i need recipes and exercise plans...............i dont know how to do this........and i am OVER WEIGHT.........and i need some home ideas on how to excersice and the right proportions of foods for me to eat

OK, your protein portions should be about the size of deck of cards, your carb portions about the size of your fist and as many veggies as you want. Let yourself have a treat once a week or you will go nuts! Drink a glass of water before each meal, both to stay hydrated and to help you feel full. It takes the brain 20 minutes to register that you are full, and trust me you can eat a lot in those 20 minutes! :-)
Some people use the strategy of eating an apple before each meal to cut help them feel full: apples contain a lot of fibre and water, vitamins and are just plain good for you. Fibre is another good weapon - it helps you feel full. So for example, if you like cereal for breakfast, choose cereals with higher fibre content, and obviously less sugar content.
You want to increase your activity - go for a brisk walk, ride your bike, have some fun! And encourage yourself, love yourself - you are trying to be healthy, not crash diet right into a brick wall.
Oh and by the way Mr Mustang is a jerk . . . as if you couldnt tell anyway.
