I can't insert a tampon!?

Help! i can't insert a tampon! i don't even know which hole to stick the thing in!! I don't know where to look! please! does anyone have any advise???

First read the box, how you put it in, which way it goes, and how far in. Your vagina is the hole in the middle, behind the flap your urine comes out. If you're still not realy confident, stick with pads. And practice when you don't have your period. Putting a tampon in wrong can do alot of damage later.
