I have been having my periods for over a year and i think its time to use a tampon and i just tried to put them in but the tip would only go in... and when ever i would try to push it in more, it would hurt really bad and i would have to take it out... am i doing anything wrong? and you have to take it out when you go to the bathroom... right? thank you!

I cant figure those out and I am married with kid...they are dangerous for autotoximia risk too....
