i'm a b 34...and heres a other question why are my nipples always puffy ...sometimes there normal and then there puffy but most of the time there puffy(and i dont want my boyfriend to feel uncomfortable when he sees them ..and i want to tell him soo bad )plz help

They could be "puffy" due to hormone fluctuations or due to a lot of stimulation... which could be occurring just from them rubbing the inside of your clothes all the time. They are irritated. Wear a bra.
No, they won't get bigger, but without support they could sag faster!
