I've heard that some people still get their period. Spotting is very common.
And YES it is possible to get pregnant even if he does not ejaculate inside you. All throughout the process he puts out a lubrication fluid that contains sperm as well.
If your not sure just take a pregnancy test. Or go to your local planned parenthood.
