HIGH progesterone, Sore nipples. On Clomid. Day 30 of period. Can I be pregnant? PLS ANSWER?

I have been trying to get pregnant for 3 years now. I am on my second round of clomid (100mg:5-9). I had Day 26 progesterone test done. And the result was 29.7. I am now on Day 30 and i have not got my period yet. I have sore breast, and I have stomach pain sometimes. I also have back pain. Do you think I could be pregnant? What does my progesterone level tell you? And when do you think the best time to best is? I will appreciate any serious and honest answer. Thank you in advance

I think you are because usely your nipples get kinda sore. Than you gain some weight than you back hurts.
