i am new to having my period only had it for like 3 months
k well im starting to wear tampons
cn i wear them to bed
how often do i change them
how do i dispose them?
and any othertips wouldbe great

Answers:
You need to change them every 4-8 hours depending on how bad they are soaked. You can wrap them up in tp and throw them in the garbage. Never down the toilet since they can plug it up. You should try to wear a pad at night if you can. If not, try wearing both a tampon and pad in case you bleed through.
