Okay so me and this boy had sex with a condom and it didnt brake or tear or anything a day later i've had cramps and white discharge could i be preagent?

No, but you could be having an allergic reaction to the latex. More than likely you are just getting ready to start your period. Cramping is not something that happens when you're pregnant.
