What should I do? it was a liquid on that was lime ang ginger flavered
Answers:
Take another dose. And drink heaps of water.
Hot water, just plain, get's peristelsis going. Without peristelsis you will become more constipated.
Walking helps also.
Don't leave constipation too long as it will cause pain and nausea and impaction.
Try another laxative in a stronger dosage.
If you go to the chemist they can recommend a good one for you.
