1st we are both females
we were dancing (pop,lock,and drop it) and she fell now she says she is very sore 'down there' but it was no bleeding so what could she possibly have done?

she isn't very sore she is just uncomfortable down there.

I forgot after she fell she did a split on a baseball bat. Yes we are very wreckless.

probably a muscle strain, if it persists i suggest to go see a doctor
