Well, your body height and weight is the same as mine and I too want to loose 30 lbs. Two days ago I started to walk 2 miles a day on a flat track. After about 1 week I plan on increasing my distance to 2 miles track and 1 mile walking up and down the streets and hills on my city. I plan on increasing by simple amounts, such as walking up and down the steps at the track, dancing during commercials on TV, and drinking more water ( fruit flavored with minimum calories). I want to loose the weight before November if possible.
My diet isn't my biggest concern, it's getting off my butt.
