There is nothing to worry about, it happens to all of us and it's just part of growing up.
Be prepared for it by keeping a couple of maxi-pads with you in your purse, or maybe get into the habit of wearing a panti-liner just so you won't have to worry about spotting your clothes if/when it shows up (It is usually VERY light the first few times anyway). And if you can, please talk to your Mom or an older sister. We were ALL your age once and we all had the same questions and concerns. And after a little while, we all learned it was no big deal, just part of being female.
Also, please do some reading online about it and birth control as well. Part of being a woman is also about responsibilty.
