tampons - what type of applicator, if any? brand?
pads - wings? size?

I use a DivaCup, with the stem totally cut off, since you're asking for details. I love it. I can keep it in all dayand not have to worry about anything.
I never liked tampons... but if I used them, I used OB because an applicator is just a waste.
If I ever don't want to put in my DivaCup, I use pads with wings because I never seem to bleed right into the middle and I like to keep the sides of my underwear safe.
