Vaginal discharge?
I have noticed a litttle blood in the vaginal discharge for a week now. My periods should be starting any day.
Is this due to anti histamine tablets for Urticaria or are there any other causes?

Could you be pregnant? It sounds like implantation. This is when the egg implants and can cause some pink/brown red stain discharge and you usually get this 6-12 days after ovulation which is a few days before your period.
