Is there a normal time for boobs to stop growing?
I'm 21 years old and I'm really short, I'm 4'10 1/2 and I stopped growing at the age of about 17 but my boobs just wont stop. I remember how surprised I was when I had to buy a C cup bra and yesterday I had to buy a D cup. I know that your boob size fluctuates with weight but I'm a pretty constant weight, is it normal for them to just keep growing? I know it seems silly but I'm just curious.

Sometimes it is the making of the bra that determines the size. I went to a store recently, they measured me said I was a D but it was a C that ended up fitting right. So part of it may be just that's brand of bras D size fit you. With another brand or type you may fit to a smaller cup.
