Why am i always hot?
I'm 19 and I’m always hot. I feel like I have to sit in front of an air conditioner all the time. At my work the only other person that is hot is going through menopause. Is there something I can do?

Try water. Seriously, water can cool you down, and if you are properly hydrated, it helps balance your body temperature.
I'm always hot too. I'm 28 (pre-menopause). When I'm drinking enough water, I feel better.
