I just started taking birth control. are these side effects?

I have been on Lutera birth control for the past month. The first month I took it as soon as i began taking the pills I got my period (which seemed normal cuz i hadnt had it in a month). But then i had a disharge for pretty much that entire month. Then i got my period normally again and it stopped on the last day before i was supposed to begin a new pack. Now i started my new pack and I started to bleed again. I am trying to just wait it out to see if its just side effects and if they will go away after i've been taking it for 3 months. but im not sure if this is normal. can anyone help?

You need to call and report all of this to your doctor. Call Monday and update your doc via phone and they will tell you what they want you to do.
