How do i deal with a miscarriage :(?
i just found out from my doctor i had a miscarriage and i didn't even know i was pregnant. I just started heavy bleeding way early then my period was suppossed to start. And my doctor said i just had a miscarriage...how can i deal with it? My bf is really supportive....what could i do??

Miscarriages are difficult but try not to dwell on it because you still have a chance to get pregnant again. I'm glad that your boyfriend is supportive and just turn to him if you're feeling down and wanna cry, it's totally ok and perfectly normal, but don't let it get you too down, try to look towards the future :)
