I have tear on the opening of my anus that won't heal...any tips?
About a year ago I had a bad case of constipation and during the "relief", I stressed my anus and tore the skin between it and my vaginal opening. It usually dosnt bother me too much, but when i have a hard stool, sometimes it tears again and stings for a while. Any tips on healing it or easing/preventing pain?

You need to see a doctor. That tear can get infected very easily. I know someone that happened to. Please go.
