Ok I keep getting cramps like a little below my hips they keep coming to me I have not gotten my first period I have the pubic hairs and I am growing breasts Will I be getting my period soon?

I would say so...FYI adolescent girls can get their period anywhere from age 8 (early) to age 15 or 16. Some girls get it around age 11,12, or 13.
If you are worried, I would buy a pack of pantyliners and regular pads. You can keep them in your room in case you get your first period. Or keep one in your purse or backpack as well.
If you can, ask your mom, or an adult woman/ older teenager you trust about it. If anything that you think could be really unusual, it wouldn't hurt to see your doc....they would help you understand your stages of puberty better most likely.
There needs to be someone you can talk to about everything you are going through. It's a tricky time in your life. A lot of different things are happening to you. But all girls have been there, done that. You can get through it!
