In the group i hang with i'm normally the one ppl come to with complicated questions. one of my best friends (who is a female that's 15) asked me what they would do to her in a sports physical. ive had one b4 but i honestly didnt know what they did differently 4 girls. i told her what happened in mine but that i would find out what i could. so plz help us

what do you mean by "pressing on your abdomen"?

It's not that bad. I don't even think they looked at me naked or anything. They just did the usual height/weight and eyes/ears checks. They basically just talked to me about the personal stuff, like they asked if I had my period yet and for how long, but that was about it.
