ok is there a wrong way to put in a tampon because i bleed normal amounts but like when i use a [super absorbency] tampon it leaks....but some of it is still white.... so am i doing something wrong lol

You may be putting it in wrong. Another problem with using tampons incorrectly is that it can cause damage inside u later on. Stick with what u know how to use. Better safe than sorry.
