How far is true that these kind of women encounter birth difficulties?

Hi, it is said that most of women who have small feet(shoe size number 3-6) while delivering babies they enconter alot of problemsthey experience birth difficulties)

I would like to know how far scientifically this statement is true,
I heard specialist talking about this.


Answers:

My feet are size 5 and apart from having a long labour I had no problems and managed without pain relief.
