I have been taking it for 9 years. It is the only medication which works for me after trying just about everything else.
Like all drugs, everyone's reaction is different but side affects wise I've been lucky, just dry mouth every now and then.
Coming off it can be very hard, I missed a few doses once and you feel like you have a really bad inner ear infection, dizzy, nausea etc. It takes a while to get it out of your system. Never go cold turkey and just stop you will feel worse than ever!
