Having had a tumour damaging one of my adrenal glands will this affect my menopause.?
The adrenal glands are endocrine glands and the menopause involves the ovaries changing their functio. The ovaries are also endocrine glands. The endocrine system works as a sort of domino affect, one gland often affecting the other glands. Since starting the menapause,2 years ago, I've put on a huge amount of weight., have had a few hot flushes and irritation down below, I think my hair is thinning out as well. Not sure if all this is supposed to happen.
