Ok, i just started my 1st period...?

anything i should definetly know or any advice??


Answers:

Make sure to take pads and tampons with you EVERYWHERE. Also, carry around tylenol or asparin to kill the cramps. Take a shower everyday when you are having your monthly thing, and you'll be pretty safe!
