How can i lose weight with out exercising,eating healthy and starving myself?

I have a lot going on in my life and i eat out everyday and ihave no time to exercise. How do i lose my weight?


Answers:

when you do eat out, make better choices. (You have to make a change SOMEWHERE) Mcdonalds and Wendy's have great salads! my fave is the chicken caesar from mcd's. park at the far end of the parking lot and take the stairs whenever possible. by all means, DO NOT starve yourself. if fact, eating more often will kick start your metabolism. when you don't eat, your body goes into survival mode...and holds onto the weight you already have. snack often...but choose healthier snacks. quick bursts of exercise several times a day will help too. 10 minutes 3 times a day will boost your metabolism as well. good luck!
