I am using Birth control pill microgestin for 3 months and gained 8pounds.?

Can anyone suggest how to reduce fat from breast region.
If anyoneused this medicine and face this kind of problem than what she did, do let me know any other medicine which will not increase my weight. I do excercise regularly and eat healthy diet.
