Is pregnancy a hard process?!

Question:

Is pregnancy a hard process?

I just would like to know what I am in for because this is my first child.

Answers:

It is different for everyone. I can only tell you my experience -
First 3 months: nauseous and bone-aching tired all the time.
Months 4 through 6: Felt the best I have ever felt in my life.
Month 7 to delivery - swolen ankles & feet, trouble sleeping at night and sick to stomach in the a.m.
My advice - give in to your cravings (as long as they aren't unsafe for you or the baby), avoid nutrasweet, limit your caffeine. Pre-natal vitamins might be what makes you sick instead of morning sickness - talk with your Dr. about it. My doctor switched me to 2 flinstones with iron per day. I kept ginger snaps next to the bed for when I woke up. When I felt nauseous during the day, cinnamon altoids helped.
Enjoy your pregnancy - I wish you the best!
