What is this?! I am so self-conscious.?
I have a patch of skin in between my breasts that has brownish colored spots and looks irritated (some redness). My overall skin is a fairer olive. When I shower, I loofah the area and sometimes it looks better when I get out, and other times it looks even more irritated. I was told it could be a fungal infection from the heat, so I treated it with Monistat and an anti-fungal spray. Nothing. It still looks the same. I'd like to go to a Derm, but I have no insurance right now. Is this eczema or just dry skin, or maybe a fungal? Sometimes I get little pimples in that area also. I am afraid to put moisturizer on it in case it is fungal and it makes it worse or makes more pimples. Any ideas? Could it just be dry skin?

If it is a fungal thing, you have to apply it for a long period of time. I had something by my ear and my doctor said to keep doing it like 2 weeks even after it went away completely (and it probably wouldnt start going away for at least a week or two) so it could still be that, and you just did apply the cream enough
