Unusual Stomach Cramps?!

Unusual Stomach Cramps?

I've been having unusual stomach cramps (similar to period pains but a bit more intense) on and off now for 3 days my period isn't due until next Monday so still 9 days a way.Any ideas what it might be?

The pains aren't quite so bad to day,but every now and then I get twinges like a stitch type of pain.I'll ring my gp tomorrow.

It could be a stomach bug of some sort. keep an eye on it just in case.
