Will it affect the baby if ur preg and take the pill?

so lets say you get preg while your on the pill and dont know and you keep taking the pill will it affect the pregnancy or abort the baby/

It shouldn't do much harm to the baby. You just don't want to take the pill for long. At the first signs of pregnancy, take a test as soon as possible and if you really are pregnant, make sure you get off the pill. I know a girl who got pregnant on the pill and she had a period every month. She started gaining weight and her stomach started getting hard, she took a pregnancy test and she found out she was 5 months pregnant! The baby is fine (4-5 years old now).
