I don't think there's much you can do unless you get implants. If you are done growing or already got your period, they won't get much bigger. It's very hereditary.
Birth control pills sometimes make them bigger-not for me, though. Getting pregnant makes them bigger, but sometimes they get smaller after nursing. You can increase your chest muscles (pecs) a little by lifting weights.
You can always wear those fake things for a special occasion. In the long run, I'm glad I'm not big-you don't have to deal with sagging later on and flopping around when you run, etc.
Just be glad you are healthy, that's most important
