GENES. It does not mean there is anything wrong with you or your friend. You just don't have the same body. You both have different genetic makeups and genes will show the differences ANYWHERE on the body. Not to be too personal...my mom is full Korean and she has dark nipples. I have her traits...dark hair, dark eyes, but my nipples are pink. It's just a matter of genetic traits and they can go as far back as the 3rd generation. Nothing to worry about.
