using it with guy condoms would be both uncomfortable and risk the change of pulling both off because of the friction. If you want alot of protection, get on a contraceptive aid and use a condom. You should use both as it is, but since you're being safe, go ahead and try to get the pill or shot and use a condom. Either male or female will work if used correcty.
