Can ppl with hpv still have babies?!

Question:

Can ppl with hpv still have babies?

Answers:

Yes. HPV in and of itself doesn't affect fertility. Up to 75% of people of reproductive age have been exposed to HPV, and most of the time your body clears it on its own--you'd never even know you had it.

However, for women who have developed precancerous lesions of the cervix due to HPV, there can be an effect on fertility due to the treatment (not the HPV itself). Cervical biopsy can make it harder to get pregnant and /or make someone more likely to miscarry.
