I have smallish boobs, but they really hurt so I where padded, size 30 a. Will this stop breast growth? Should I even where one?

Bras won't stop breast growth. There is no known fact that says they do. It's not a good idea to ever wear a bra that does not fit your true bra size. If you have small breasts then you need to wear the correct bra size of your breasts. Nothing smaller, and nothing bigger. Also, never sleep in your bras. It's very bad for blood circulation. You don't have to wear a bra if you don't want to. That's up to you. I have small breasts also. I'm a 34A, but the only time I don't wear bras is with certain tops that don't need bras underneath or when I'm going to bed. Even if you have small breasts you should wear bras with certain tops because even with small breasts people are still able to tell whether or not you have a bra on depending on what type of top your waering.
