Why do i feel dizzy?!

Why do i feel dizzy?
Im 13 and have C.F.S and i get these periods were i get really dizzy e.g when i get up. It just comes and goes, I wonder if its just the C.F.S our could it be anything else. Before you say i havent started my period.
Answers:
I'm 13 and don't have C.F.S and when I stand up or get out of bed I go dizzy to it happens to most people and apparently it's a rush of blood to the head or your balance evening out as long as you're not fainting or have any chest pains your ok!
