i started my peroid, and my tummy hurts : ( and when i am on my period i eat sweets but i am kinda on a diet and i run 2-4 miles every day and whne im on my period i cant really do much of anything, i already ran today b/c i didnt start my preiod until after i ran but what about tomarrow? what do i do to be able to run and not feel, you know, horrible and my tummy hurting? this sucks. and also i have another question, can a 14 yr olds boobs grow bigger? like i always heard that by the time you are 13-14 then your basically done growing so i was wondering if my boobs can grow bigger b/c they have been really sore for about 2-3 weeks ad they got bigger but they still havent stopped hurting....any one know whats wrong, are they going to shrink back down or are they going to stay bigger? and will they quit hurting soon??? Thank you!


Answers:

working out during period is good especially those who experience cramps. the pain disappears after working out and even lessens its occurrence.

during the period, the boobs normally go bigger, heavier, and sensitive because more water is retained in the body.

also try meds for lessening the pain. 0:)
