A few days ago, I coughed and the left side of my lower abdomin and a sharp twinge of pain. Then starting last night my lower abdomin feels tender and a little sore...It feels like the tenderness spread to my Uterus. I am on the pill, and am on the second week of pills, so I think it could possible be ovulation time. But I have never felt this before. I feel a little bloated and very tender to the touch. It is the weekend and so the doctors are closed, but I am planning to go in on Monday, but I was hoping for some advice or answers before then. Thanx!

You probably have a cyst on your ovary...very common, and doesn't really require medical attention.
Take ibuprofin (if you are able). Unless you are in a lot of pain, that's all you will need. Every woman gets them, every month. They 're just not all troublesome enough to cause any pain.
