sooo...i'm going on vacation to the beach soon...and my period is due then...!!! i want to swim in the water and not attract sharks! What can i do to MAKE SUre it comes?? If i excerise more? Is there such thing as speeding it up??

wow attract sharks that wont happen! thats gross anyways put a tampon in me and my friends both went on spring break on our periods went out every night and even got in the ocean, youll be fine and about making your period come faster i doubt it, just let it come
