Answers:
Womens Health.Gov is a good site with some details on this condition, I myself have it as well and badly, also staying on a good diet (sugar free/lowcarb diets are ideal for pcos) and exercise help to keep your insulin in check and the syndrome less active and if you follow a good regimen you may even be able to have normal menstration and less symptoms, if any at all. Pcos can be a major problem if not taken seriuolsy, so I cannot stress more how important it is to do everything you can on a natural level even if they put you on meds or other treatment. Also there is an author who has written a great deal of very good books on pcos and managing it, her name is Colette Harris, you might consider purchasing one or more of them. Hope this info helps.
heres a url about PCOS

almost forgot, there are alot of good yahoo groups for women with pcos, you can learn alot from those who have it as well.
