50 lbs = 3500 calories times 50 = whatever! Basically, you will have to exercise, (treadmill for 6 miles per day) AND eat very little.... try eating only nuts, (macadamias, peanuts, almonds) and drink oolong tea (chinese supermarket) all day.
"Increase the speed and decrease the feed".... that's the mantra.
