When some BC pills have weight gain as a side effect, is it the pill itself that makes you gain weight? Or does it just make you crave bad food or not want to exercise?

There is a little of both.. the pill definitely messes with metabolism, in some more than others and depends upon where in the pill cycle you are,.. So you can crave food and it can slow down the metabolism (or speed it up) so it is a matrix.. if you get crave and slow, here come the pounds baby.. if you get one of the other combinations, it won't be as noticeable. Remember there a re a gazillion pill formulas so if one doesn't agree with you try another one.. My wife went through about 5...
