Has anyone ever felt this strange? I'm not even kidding... PLEASE help me... please?

Has anyone ever felt .... GONE? Spacey all the time, like you're ... NOT THERE... in your own dimension almost and you pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming and you're NOT... but you're so out of it and your eyes get all unfocused and you just don't feel right. Tired all the time, your head is SWIMMING, you feel almost as if you're underwater all the time. Like you're watching tv, only, you're living life. I really am NOT trying to sound weird, but lately in the past couple of years, I have been feeling like this. I get headaches a lot, I have bad allergies and everything, I feel sick all the time and just EXHAUSTED. It could be my diet, or something more serious, but I just want some answers and right now, I'm flat BROKE. I don't have the money to see a doctor, so I NEED TO KNOW. Does anybody know what's wrong with me?

I felt like that a while ago.. it might be a slow thyroid. have you gained weight without changing your diet? do you feel sad and cry? sluggish? you really should see a doctor.. it helps a lot if you know whats wrong.. they give you medicine and you actually feel human again
