for one... sexual enjoyment is 99.99% to 100% mental. And going in for an abortion, there is no way an women could be mentally in that place.
secondly, it's not enjoyable sexually to have the gynocologist stick a speculum up her and poke around at a pelvic exam. There are not many nerve endings in the vagina at all. At most the woman feels pressure. Sexual excitement/orgasm for most women comes from stimulation of the clitoris, an organ an inch or two away from the opening of the vagina which is never touched during these type of procedures.
