I had safe sex with this boy and i've been having cramps and stomach aches and white discharge its been 4 days since its happen is this a sign of anything or is it stress...worrieing?

Were you a virgin? If so, cramping for a few days after first sex is pretty common. The breaking of your hymen and stretching of the tissue in that area can make things uncomfortable for a few days.
Where are you in your monthly cycle? Cramping and white discharge are common durring ovulation and right before the start of your period, too.
Just keep an eye on it. If the cramping doesn't get any better after a week or so (or gets worse) you should go to the doctor just to be safe!
