you guys...i didnt just start puberty, i shouldnt be this mooody...its not hormones, because, i started puberty 6 years ago...ive been thru 6 years of it already...so i should be thru the worst by now. lately ive just been yelling at everybody, last night, i yelled at my little sister cuz she wanted me to play the PS2 with her. and then i got mad at my dad and had a temper tantrum..and just before i asked this question...i just finished yelling and screaming at my brother for asking me why i never go outside. there is something seriously wrong with me..and i hate being angry all the time!

Hun whether you want to hear it or not, you're going to have to face that anytime you put your body thru changes, it affects your hormones. You are 13 and are not old enough to know better. I do think you are developing into a young woman and on top of that you are putting yourself thru physical changes with diet and exercise so accept it sista cuz that's exactly what it is. I am 30 yrs old and a personal trainer, massage therapist and nutritionist with over 10 years education and experience in the field so you can believe me or not but I am right. You'll be fine, just go with the flow. Puberty is amongst you now and you'll notice a lot of things changing, including your moods, that you can't explain, that is because they will always be unexplainable and as women, we just have to live with it. No foods will help change the hormone thing, but eating healthy will help your body cope better.
