Is your vagina suppose to be moist 24/7?

Mine is moist 24/7. I am 11 and haven't gotten my first period yet but am having cramps.

Yes. Your vagina stays moist and it keeps its self clean that way. If you are having cramps, your body may be getting ready to start your period. I started when I was about your age and that was when I started carrying a purse. and the only thing i kept in it was a sandwich Ziploc baggie of baby wipes, a few pads and some chap-stick.
