How can I gain w3ight ?

I'm at 122 pounds. I want to gain some weight before I start school in august around the 22. I want to gain at least 10 to 15 pounds. It seems like i can't keep weight on me. I've been little since I was born. I'm now 15. I mostly want the weight to go to my thighs and my booty. But a little to my legs to balance out my whole body. I just want to get a little thick before school starts. I don't want to be as little as I am now. I need some one to give me some advice on how to gain the weight I desire. It has to be a healthy solution. I don't want to end up in the hospital for heart problems or clogged arteries. But anything will help. Give me as much answers as you can. I'm not anerexic either I'm just little; not skinny stick little just little.

I want to gain weight healthy. I want to gain some weight so I can get a little thick. I want my body to be stunning like Melissa Ford. I know in some cases this is not good but I want more attention. I want to walk down the street and I want people to stare. I want them to think damn who is that girl. I want to know her I want to be her. I want my body to be flawless. I want a guy to look at me once and say damn look at her. I'm already pretty I just want to put alittle on my body. I hate when my friends and family say "girl you so skinny" or "do you even eat". I'm not that skinny and there are plenty of girls at my school that are way smaller than I am. I mostly want to gain weight for me. I want to be able to look at my self and say oh look at my beautiful body. People tell me oh ashley your beautiful why do want to change. I love my self and my body. I just want to be satisfied with the way my body looks. I don't have self esteem issues. I just want to change the look of my body.

if you want to gain weight specifically in your thighs and butt, build up muscle there then in will be healthy and toned and also, muscle weighs more than fat...

try squats, lunges, running, running up and down stairs is especially good. i used to play field hockey and one of the drills would be to run a figure 8 around the school bleachers... this is fun and also really good for your thighs and butt... any kind of jumping is also good ex. jump rope ect.
